Users select from menu options, and depending on what they click, the bot provides the defined response to that question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Click on <strong>Configurations \u2192 Knowledge Bases<\/strong> and select <strong>Listed FAQs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.ebanqo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Step-4-3.png\" alt=\"Listed FAQs\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: Activate Listed FAQs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Listed FAQs<\/strong> and toggle the option to activate it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.ebanqo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Step-2-4.png\" alt=\"Listed FAQs\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Fill in the Question and Response<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter your question in the <strong>Question<\/strong> field and the corresponding answer in the <strong>Response<\/strong> field. Once done, click <strong>Create<\/strong> to add the FAQ. Repeat the process to add more FAQs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.ebanqo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Step-3-4.png\" alt=\"Listed FAQs\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4: Select FAQs for Display<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the toggle button next to each FAQ to select which ones you want to display to your customers.
